Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the services offered by Monetization Masters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any Monetization Masters program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Monetization Guarantee

We guarantee to reach YouTube Partner Program (YPP) eligibility within approximately 90 days (“Sprint Period”), provided that:

  • You selected and approved the agreed niche before project kickoff.

  • You provided all requested approvals and materials on time.

  • You allowed the recommended upload cadence (typically 3–5 videos per week).

  • You have not violated any YouTube policies or community guidelines.

If these conditions are met and YPP approval is not achieved within the Sprint Period, we will refund your Sprint fee in full.

2. Ownership

You retain full ownership of your YouTube channel and all content we create on your behalf.
We do not claim any rights, titles, or interests in your brand, channel, or intellectual property beyond what is necessary to perform the service.

3. Policy Safety and Authenticity

We maintain full compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service and monetization policies.

  • We do not use botted, pre-monetized, or previously owned channels.

  • We do not reuse or reupload copyrighted or third-party content.

  • All content, scripts, voiceovers, and thumbnails are original and made for your channel.

Any actions that violate YouTube’s guidelines or compromise policy safety are strictly prohibited and may void the Monetization Guarantee.

4. Revenue Share (Lifetime Plan)

If you opt for our Lifetime Plan after monetization:

  • We receive 15% of your monthly profit only after the channel exceeds $2,500 per month in net profit.

  • “Profit” is defined as:
    Profit = (AdSense revenue + sponsor deals + tracked affiliate income) – direct content production costs.

Payments are calculated monthly and must be made within 10 business days of each statement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Monetization Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to platform bans, algorithm changes, or advertiser policy adjustments beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality

All information, strategies, and proprietary methods shared between parties are confidential. You agree not to disclose or reproduce such materials for third-party use.

7. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monetization Masters operates.
